Homemade chicken stock starts with a fresh chicken carcass, water, vegetables and seasonings. These carcasses still have meat, skin, and bones perfect for slow cooking into stock for your favorite soups and dishes.
These chickens are raised in tractors that provide protection from predators, but are moved at least once a day to provide fresh bugs and plants. The chickens also have access to a ration of feed that is free of added hormones, antibiotics and soy.
